Hello and welcome to
Let’s cook Dutch!

My name is Ilhan “Iruhan”. I was born and raised in the Netherlands in the international city called “The Hague”.

After visiting Japan multiple times, I realised the magic of food and ingredients.

Now, I present to you our Dutch kitchen through the 3 E’s (Eating, Education and Entertainment). Hereby, the main focus is on the Japanese audience but also anyone who is interested in the Dutch cuisine.

What are the 3 E’s?

Eating
Presenting both new and traditional Dutch dishes. Exclusive and typical ingredients from the Netherlands are used.

Education
Explaining Dutch culture by using audiovisual material, in which background information of the Dutch cuisine is presented.

Entertainment
“Let’s cook Dutch” puts the emphasis on “Kawaii” (cute) and therefore uses illustrations and animations. The audience will be taken along a journey through the Netherlands.
